The Great Manchester Run 2026 once again brought thousands of runners, supporters, and volunteers together for one of the UK’s most iconic road running events. As an official photographer at this year’s event, I had the privilege of documenting the energy, determination, and atmosphere that make the Great Manchester Run such a special occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From elite athletes chasing personal bests to first-time participants taking on the challenge of the 10K and half marathon distances, the streets of Manchester were filled with incredible stories and unforgettable moments. Every photograph captures a unique part of the day, whether it’s the excitement at the start line, the support from spectators lining the route, or the emotion of crossing the finish line after months of training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Great Manchester Run is renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, attracting runners from across the UK and beyond. Throughout the city centre, crowds created an electric environment, cheering participants through every mile and helping make the event one of the highlights of the running calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
